Today was a very long day. We just got back from the Emergency Room with Abby. I picked her up a little too quickly by her hands and she immediately was in pain.We decided to wait for 3o minutes or so to see if it was just something minor, but time didn't seem to help any. She couldn't even more her fingers!
Anyway, after 3 or 4 hours at the hospital after much waiting, x-rays, etc... the Doctor popped Abby's radius back into her elbow joint (that's my un-medical explanation). She said that it is a pretty common accident and it may happen again before the age of 5.
It felt so awful to see her in pain and unable to do anything. I am so thankful for doctors. Praise God that she is fine and well.
